How to order:

Complete the form with as much detail as possible. The more information provided, the better the artist can understand the vision and create a piece that reflects those preferences.

Once the completed form is received, it will be reviewed, and a price quote (excluding shipping costs) will be sent. The initial quote will be based on the requirements mentioned in the form.

Payment needs to be completed in two phases: Digital design & Physical creation.
About Commissions
Each commission is hand-made by artist, Anjana Bhardwaj.

Anjana will be able to create your artwork vision based on the information you provide in the form.
The process will be divided into 2 phases:

Anjana will create and send you a digital draft image of the custom artwork on your selected wood size for you to approve. For each digital artwork, you are entitled to two complimentary revisions.

Once the digital design has been approved and the second payment has been made, she will start with the physical creation process and send you updates.​

Upon completion she will send you the shipping details, please refer to the shipping terms & conditions for more details.
About the wood
Rustic, live-edge and high quality cherry wood, alder wood, and birch wood will be available in a variety of sizes.Each size, type, and shape of wood will have a flat rate for the commissioned artwork you desire.
After you place an order
After you have placed an order for your desired size and shape of wood, please send an email with your photo(s) and art ideas to hello@anjanabhardwaj.com or reply directly to the confirmation email you will receive after you’ve made a purchase.
High quality photos guarantee maximum realistic details in the artwork.
Please include a description of any customizations or additions you’d like in the final artwork.
Anjana is happy to discuss the artwork before she begins creating a digital draft for you!

Please note that when you place an order you will be put into a commission line.
Anjana will send you an email with an approximate start date of your artwork. She will also email you the day she begins your artwork and send you photo updates as she progresses through the artwork.
When the artwork is complete she will send you a final photo of the art for you to approve before it is mailed out to you.
Finishing touches

include a inscription on the back of the wood such as a name(s), date, location, and/or short quote.

install relevant mounting hardware(s) on the back of the wood to mount the artwork flat on a wall.

seal your artwork to protect the integrity of the artwork and wood.
There is a form to fill out when you add the item to your cart to customize the finishing touches to the artwork.

​Payment is in full and in US dollars or Turkish Lira.

Free porch pick up in Istanbul, Türkiye (cash option available upon request, please email hello@anjanabhardwaj.com). Tracking included. Türkiye delivery 1-7 days. USA delivery 3-10 days. International delivery 1-3 weeks. If delivery to your country is unavailable upon checkout please send an email to Anjana at hello@anjanabhardwaj.co to inquire. Some countries have strict import policies on wood and Anjana will double check the policies and add your country for eligible delivery.
Import duties and taxes may apply to orders outside of Turkıye.
